Cancellation Policy
To ensure we can best accommodate all our clients and maintain efficient scheduling for our 1:1 and private bookings, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice via email, if you need to reschedule your appointment. It's worth remembering that the work we embark on together often begins energetically from the moment of booking. It's not unusual for underlying patterns to surface or even come to a head as your session approaches. Please know that showing up exactly as you are, even amidst these feelings, provides the most potent energy for creating meaningful shifts. We understand that unexpected situations can sometimes occur. However, rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your scheduled session time will unfortunately result in the session fee being retained. This policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively and allocate these times appropriately. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy.
