To prepare for your session, you'll receive a thoughtful questionnaire, providing you with an opportunity for reflection and to clarify your intentions. This also allows Sophia to tune in intuitively and channel a personalised sound healing playlist specifically for your unique journey. Through cyclical breathwork, we'll bypass limiting thought patterns to access and release held emotions within your nervous system, fostering a more grounded and empowered state. Sophia will expertly guide your breath with somatic release techniques and the resonant rhythm of her Shaman drum, awakening deeper sensations and facilitating profound personal breakthroughs. Integrating quantum healing techniques, Sophia will tap into the quantum field to expand and clear your nervous system, accessing other realities for deep healing and personal expansion. The session concludes with your personalised Sound Medicine journey to aid integration and gently support your expanded awareness. Cancellation Policy
To ensure we can best accommodate all our clients and maintain efficient scheduling for our 1:1 and private bookings, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice via email, if you need to reschedule your appointment. It's worth remembering that the work we embark on together often begins energetically from the moment of booking. It's not unusual for underlying patterns to surface or even come to a head as your session approaches. Please know that showing up exactly as you are, even amidst these feelings, provides the most potent energy for creating meaningful shifts. We understand that unexpected situations can sometimes occur. However, rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your scheduled session time will unfortunately result in the session fee being retained. This policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively and allocate these times appropriately. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy. Should you need to make any changes to your booking with more than 48 hours' notice, please feel free to reach out to us.
