Training Structure – In-Person Format

 

Your journey unfolds over 7 weeks, blending immersive in-person experiences with online integration:

 

  • Three online training days of interactive learning and practice via Zoom, connecting with the group from home:

    Full days of live teaching, activations, and guided practice in a high-frequency field.

  • Integration Masterclasses (Online):

    Shorter sessions between training days to review integration forms, revisit key concepts, and answer questions. (Recordings are provided if you can’t attend live.)

  • Case Studies & Accreditation:

    After the training days, you’ll complete 10 case studies over 6 months, receiving detailed written feedback (including remote-view insights) as you develop your skills toward certification.

How it works online (practical info)

All training days and masterclasses are held live on Zoom. You can join from anywhere in the world, making this training accessible no matter your location.

​

What you'll need

​

  • A stable internet or 4g connection.

  • A laptop or desktop with camera and microphone (phones and tablets are not ideal).

  • Zoom installed (free to download).

  • A quiet, private space where you won't be disturbed.

​

The online environment:

​

  • Sessions are interactive, not passive. You'll join live activations, teachings, and discussions, and spend time in breakout rooms giving and receiving sessions.

  • Masterclasses are recorded, so if you miss one you can watch the replay. (Training days must be attended live for certification).

  • You'll receive all written materials electronically, including the training manual and integration forms.

How to prepare:

  • Have water nearby.

  • A notepad and pen for note taking and reflections.

  • Headphones can help with sound quality immersion.

  • 3 Integration Masterclasses to support learning between sessions (recordings provided if you can't attend live).​

  • Personalised feedback on your 10 case studies, including remote-view insights to refine your facilitation.​

  • 1 case study during the container - to ensure applied integration with supported feedback.​

  • Training manual and integration forms to anchor the teachings and guide your practice. ​

  • Ongoing support in a private WhatsApp group (container-only). For light support and questions - not emotional processing.​

  • Monthly Facilitator Q&A calls available while you complete accreditation and beyond.​

  • Accreditation with IAOTH and certification as an Evolve Quantum Healing Level 1 facilitator.

 

Accreditation pathway

 

Accreditation is now required as standard - here’s why.

 

Evolve is sacred work. To hold this frequency for others, we must first anchor it within ourselves.

 

All participants now journey through the full accreditation process to ensure they are fully prepared and supported to share this work professionally.

 

  • Complete all live and online modules

  • Submit 10 in-depth case studies (ongoing after container)

  • Receive individual remote viewing feedback from Joe

  • Attend monthly facilitator sessions (additional £15 monthly fee) until case study completion

  • Receive certification as an Evolve Quantum Healing Practitioner

  • I've booked a private session in person, where will it be?
    The full address for the Lighthouse, alongside parking instructions were sent to you in your booking confirmation, and also in your reminder email. Please check your promotions/spam folder if you cannot see it. If any other issues contact us here - inbox@everevolving.co.uk
  • How are remote sessions held?
    For Evolve quantum healing remote sessions, we will send you an email/message just before we begin and when we finish the session. All you need to do is lay down in a quiet space, put some relaxing music on and receive the healing. A full written report of the session will be sent out, via email, within 48 hours. Sophia does give the option to be on zoom for the duration of the healing, however your report will be given verbally within the session, instead of a written report. Remote sessions for Transformative Breathwork & Mentoring are held on zoom and a link will be emailed to you prior to your session start time, to the email you used at time of booking. Note: If you pay with PayPal, it will go to the email linked to your PayPal account.
  • How do I book a private session?
    Visit the private bookings page, choose your modality and you will be taken to the relevant calendar. Please note: Both Sophia and Joe offer Evolve quantum healing, so they share that calendar, so use the filter to see the specific facilitators availability if you have a preference. You will be taken through to payment, step by step on the website and receive a booking confirmation via email with further details.
  • I don't know what would be the best session for me to book, can you help me?
    Absolutely! On the Private bookings page, there is a button that will take you to our enquiry form. Fill this out and Sophia or Joe will get back to you with their suggestions for the best way forward for you.
  • I've booked a private session but need to reschedule, how do I do this?
    Any rescheduling requires 48 hours notice. If you booked an Evolve quantum healing, or mentoring, we can easily do the healing remotely or mentoring online for you instead. Just email us at inbox@everevolving.co.uk and we can organise this with you.
