Ever Evolving — A Shared Journey of Healing and Growth

 

We are Sophia and Joe, partners in life and in purpose. Our journeys into healing began in very different ways — but both led us to the same understanding: that transformation is possible when the right space is created for it. Together, we founded Ever Evolving as a place where people can come to release what no longer serves them, reconnect with themselves, and open to new possibilities.

 

Sophia’s Path

 

Sophia’s journey began with her own healing. After years of navigating trauma, addiction, anxiety, and disconnection, she committed to the deep work of transformation. Through breath, sound, movement, and energy practices, she reclaimed her health and her truth. Today, Sophia draws on over 15 years of experience to create safe, compassionate spaces for others. She works with Sound Medicine, Breathwork, and Quantum Healing, and also trains practitioners who feel called to share these modalities with integrity and care. Her mission is simple: to help people remember who they truly are.

 

Joe’s Path

 

Joe’s awakening came unexpectedly. Working as a gas engineer, he had little awareness of his deeper self until a life-changing Ayahuasca ceremony opened his heart and activated his natural healing gifts. Since then, he has trained as a Reiki Master Teacher, Unconscious Mind Therapist, and Quantum Healer, and now serves clients worldwide. He also works with Kambo Medicine, holding safe and grounded spaces for this traditional Amazonian practice. His mission is to help people reconnect with the power and potential already within them.

To create accessible, grounded, and powerful spaces for transformation. To support people in finding their own strength, clarity, and joy. To train the next generation of facilitators who will carry this work forward with integrity.

The Lighthouse

 

Our shared work is anchored at The Lighthouse, our dedicated healing space in Orpington, Kent. More than a venue, The Lighthouse has been created as a coherent field — supported by a copper Kathara grid beneath the floor for frequency alignment.

 

It is both sanctuary and catalyst: a place where deep transformation is held with care, comfort, and integrity. Heated floors, cushioned beds, and blankets allow people to fully relax and let go, while the energetic architecture of the space supports the work on subtler levels.
