Rapé and Sound journey

Service Description

Pronounced “ha-peh” or “rapay”, Rapé is a fine, ground-up shamanic snuff. It contains Nicotiana Rustica, a type of tobacco also known as mapacho. It’s different from the tobacco used in cigarettes, which is Nicotiana Tabacum and is said to date back to the time of the Incas. It also contains other medicinal and sacred plants, including parts from tree bark, leaves, seeds, and various plants. These components become pulverized with a pestle, and strained through a mesh. The result is a fine, light-colored powder, which is then administered via a pipe through each nostril, consciously, and intentionally after Sophie has tuned into your energy. Rapé cleanses the mind and body, it is expansive and yet deeply grounding at the same time. It can have purgatory effects such as mucus, water from the eyes, sometimes vomiting and bowel movements. It also releases tension from the body and clears the mind. These possible effects can sound unpleasant, not all are experienced by every individual, but they are very clearing on every level and you will feel peaceful and deeply centred and relaxed as a result. Rapé brings wisdom through and often you will get the answers you seek during a session. You will be held in a sacred, safe and protected environment and also receive healing and clearing from Sophie's many powerful sound instruments, with a completely personalised Sound Alchemy healing to help you on your individual journey. There will be integrative time after to discuss anything that arose so you leave feeling centred, grounded and much clearer. House visits are possible at an extra cost and small groups can be held too at a discount.

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Anything less then this will mean you are responsible for the full payment of your booking.
