Transformative breathwork

Service Description

Active breathwork is 45 minutes Time is allocated for introducing the technique, running through what we will do and a check in on how you are feeling before we start There will be an integration time afterwar Deep rhythmic, circular breathing is performed, this activates and changes your state of being. In this state, the body is given a chance to complete previously incomplete cycles of trauma, still held in the body. This is important to do as the nervous system (which governs all organs as well as actions and behaviours) is controlled by the unconscious mind. If there are unresolved traumas, hurts and wounds, you can get stuck in a cycle that you may not even be aware of is happening. Your nervous system could be in a constant state of hyper arousal, which is very stressful for the body and mind. In these sessions we learn to breathe through what arises and find empowerment and a greater sense of self resilience. Furthermore due to more 'indigenous' DMT being produced in the participants brain, it is a great opportunity to find clarity on how to move forwards, to experience different realities and have access to higher states of consciousness and awareness are all very possible in these sessions. Sophie also can offer Somatic bodywork release to help you release deeper, if required. With 20 years experience of yoga and breathwork you are in safe hands. She also creates a unique playlist for each client and has a wide selection of musical instruments if called for. The beauty of breathwork is you are in full control at all times. Sophie will encourage you but your limits will be honoured at all times. If you would like to check suitability, Sophie will email you over a handout and questionnaire to fill in to help you really tune in, to decide if this is for you, and or help you get clearer on your intention to get the most from these sessions. These sessions can be done in person or online, or Sophie will travel out for an additional fee or if you wanted to host small groups at your house. For bookings over 1-1, contact Sophie via the website to book. You can also add Star Magic healing from Joe, to the small group sessions. The in person sessions are held in our 'Zen Den' in Orpington Online via google meet 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy applies or full charge of the session is retained

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Anything less then this will mean you are responsible for the full payment of your booking.
