Body & Breath

This is an evening to come back into your body.

We'll begin with cacao, settling into the space together before moving into a somatic, non-linear movement practice, no choreography to follow, no right way to do it. Just space to let your body lead and move however it needs to, opening the way for what comes next.

From there we'll move into a slow, continuous breath practice, supported by channeled vocals and drumming that follow the body's lead in real time. This isn't vigorous or cathartic breathwork. It's slow, subtle, and intentional, working gently with the nervous system rather than pushing against it. You're free to go as deep or as light as feels right for you, there's no pressure to perform a release, just permission to let your body and breath find their own pace.
