A journey completely tailored to the individual.

I'm guided intuitively, to work on the conscious and the unconscious, the spiritual and the somatic.

 

The goal is always to empower: to provide a safe space for you to open up and reconnect to your truth, in your own individual and unique way.

​

There's no fixed method here. Every conversation starts by listening to what you're carrying, what's underneath it, what your own body already knows. From there, the work is shaped around you.

​

Sometimes it's quantum repatterning and recoding (working across timelines, clearing ancestral patterns, shifting what's held at a cellular level). Sometimes it's somatic releasing, led entirely by your body. Sometimes it's both, sometimes neither. The work goes where it's needed.

​

Most journeys begin with a six week segment. Sometimes that's exactly what's needed; sometimes I'm guided to extend it, or to work differently. At the end of each segment, we pause and review together.
