Join best selling authors and experienced space holders Angela and Sophie for a magical day of spiritual, heart felt connection.

You will be led through an all-inclusive simple, yet powerful Yoga session, to drop people down into their heart space and get the energy flowing.  Sophie will have an adaption and option for every body and condition!

Angela will then channel a meditation from her guides and archangels whom she works closely with in all aspects of personal and professional life.  This will be perfectly orchestrated by spirit, for the highest good of the group, it will be special.

We will also be constructing a labyrinth walk. This is a walking meditation of sorts that will give you time and space to really connect deeply with yourself and the energies of the day, this is a powerful ancient practice which can bring deep shifts.

The day will be finished off with a soothing sound bath.  Sophie will use her collection of crystal bowls, planetary gong, drum and voice to take you on a journey and immerse you in sound that will bring a very deep relaxation and sense of peace.
