Sound Medicine January

Sophie will create a beautiful soundscape for you to let go and get lost in, with a  selection of alchemy, cosmic and frosted crystal bowls,  with 2 sound practitoners,  either end of the hall. 

3 Planetary Gongs, drum, rain stick, rattle and voice.  All while you melt into our air beds - prepare for the deepest relaxation you have ever felt!

Sound baths and healing are so good for anxiety or stressful busy minds! 

Sound works for those who find meditation very difficult or ineffective. 

The frequencies shift your brain waves into alpha or theta where the body can go into homeostasis (balance) and be able to start healing itself.
