Sound Medicine March

Sophie will create a beautiful unique soundscape for you to completely let go in and get lost in, with a  selection of alchemy, cosmic and frosted crystal bowls,  with 2 sound practitoners,  either end of the hall. There are also 3 Planetary Gongs, drum, rain stick, rattle and voice.  All while you melt into our air beds - prepare for the deepest relaxation you have ever felt!
