Sound Medicine March

Sophie will create a beautiful unique soundscape for you to completely let go in and get lost in, with a  selection of alchemy, cosmic and frosted crystal bowls,  with 2 sound practitoners,  either end of the hall. There are also 3 Planetary Gongs, drum, rain stick, rattle and voice.  All while you melt into our air beds - prepare for the deepest relaxation you have ever felt!

Sound journeys have a powerful impact on our wellbeing. Great for busy minds, or anxiety and tension and for those who find meditation too difficult or ineffective.

The frequencies shift your brain waves into alpha or theta, where the body can go into homeostasis (balance) and be able to start healing itself. There may be a significant improvement to the health of your cells. This is crucial for your immune system, how your body repairs itself, protect against chronic disease or even help to reverse affects of chronic disease! There are many more benefits to good cellular health and the evidence of this is readily available in easy to digest video format of observing cells under a microscope after a 1 hour gong/sound session.

There will also be Star Magic healing given on a group and individual level for some, protecting the space with quantum grid structures, adding light codes to the cacao and pouring in potent high vibrational frequencies to cleanse and energise your fields. Joe is travelling the world with Star Magic assisting Jerry on events and has an international client base.  He has removed symptoms of chronic illness just from a few minutes with people in these sessions.

We will further enhance the experience with the insightful and subtle affects of Ceremonial Grade Cacao (not what you get in the supermarket). It is a dialectic (opens blood vessels - the heart being the biggest blood vessel in the body) and the spirit of the plant works with you to help you to love yourself on a deeper level.

The sound and cacao is a great combination that work very well together. This is a great introduction to plant medicines and you are completely fine to drive after this once the session finishes. If you are on anti depressants just let Sophie know before hand, a smaller dose is encouraged to prevent headaches.
