Sound Medicine November

Sophie will create a beautiful soundscape for you to let go and get lost in, with a  selection of crystal bowls, with 2 bowl players, either end of the hall.

Gongs, drum, rain stick, rattle and voice.  All while you melt into our air beds - prepare for the deepest relaxation you have ever felt!

Sound baths and healing are so good for anxiety or stressful busy minds!

Sound works for those who find meditation very difficult or ineffective.
