Sound Medicine - SATURDAY 18th May

A deeply nourishing, enlightening evening where you can socialise with like minded people, receive clarity, support and deep relaxation.

As you sink into a comfy air bed Sophie will take you on an explorative and high energy journey with sound.

Each month a uniquely crafted soundscape is created that is aligned with the energy of the group and the current moon energy. The best quality instruments are provided and there are 2 sound players either end of the hall and walking between you throughout. 

Sound journeys have a powerful impact on our wellbeing, fantastic for cellular health, busy minds, anxiety, chronic pain, injuries and tension. The frequencies from the sound instruments shift your brain waves into alpha or theta, helping the mind to clear and deeply relax the body. We couple this with calming breathing techniques that you can then take on into your everyday life and learn how to regulate your own state of being. 

There will also be potent and powerful Star Magic healing, provided by the amazing Joe Hullett healing. All is created and changed in the quantum field and there are no limits with this healing modality.  This is given on a group and individual level for some, protecting the space with quantum grid structures, adding light codes to the cacao and adding to the sound frequencies. This is what makes this event so impactful.  

Joe is travelling the world with Star Magic assisting Jerry on events and has an international client base.  He has removed symptoms of chronic illness just from a few minutes with people in these sessions.

We will further enhance the experience with the insightful and subtle affects of Ceremonial Grade Cacao. 

Cacao is a vasodilator (opens blood vessels - the heart being the biggest blood vessel in the body) and the spirit of the plant (Mama Cacao) works with you to help you to love yourself on a deeper level and can assist in going deeper into the sound journey.

If you are on anti depressants just let Sophie know before hand, a smaller dose is encouraged to prevent headaches.

Before the sound begins there are card readings provided and a beautiful crystal pop up shop where you can purchase beautiful crystals and other treasures to aid you on your journey.

It is a great opportunity to socialise with friends and make new ones here, with time before and after to connect with us and others. 

For those not able to get up and down off an air bed, let us know we have 2 reclinable comfy sun lounger chairs we can bring for you and wheelchair access is available.

Tweens upwards are welcome, and some younger children that are able to be still for the duration of the sound are welcome too.

Sophie and Joe love to create very nourishing, loving, community spaces for people to come together, to transform and shift to their highest potentials.

What to bring:

Just bring yourself a, blanket and cushion for your head (air beds to lay on are provided) - 

 There is a bus stop opposite and a station nearby (St Mary Cray) and plenty of free parking. For those travelling from further away, we are just a 5-10 minute drive from the M25

No refunds or exchanges to other events, however if you can no longer make it, you can transfer your booking to a friend or family member, just send them over your ticket emailed to you at time of booking.
