Women's Circle

In today's western society we have lost the art of community and the love and support this brings.

Heart centred communication, within a safe circle of women, is a powerful practice. We are natural nurturers, lets give this to each other and hold space for one another to be just as you are in that moment.

The circle will be led by Sophia and there will be Cacao served and oracle cards used to help us get to the heart of the matter, so that you can leave feeling lighter, inspired and full up.

All equipment is supplied at The Lighthouse, you just show up as you are.
