We will explore how you can do exactly this, to give from an overflowing cup and show up for yourself and others, in a whole new way

In this womens circle, Sophie’s intention is to create a supportive community, nurturing deep connections and discovering inner balance with the use of cards, ceremonial grade Cacao, sound healing, meditation and gentle grounding breathwork. Thus allowing you the space to live and nurture the life you desire. Fully connected and balanced. Why not come along, step into the divine feminine, reconnect with your power and let's make magic

Parking information - There is ample parking in the surrounding roads, please leave enough time to park, the venue car park is not available, but there is lots of free parking in Old Priory Avenue, Bark Hart Road and Aynscombe Angle
