Unbound is a 6-week sacred container for women ready to unshackle the voice of their truth, return to the wisdom of their body and reclaim the path of their wild, soulful expression. This is for the woman who knows she has something to say. Who feels the weight of what she's held back. Who has tried to 'do the work' - but still feels the tension of the unsaid, the unmet, the unseen. This is not just about finding your voice. It's about becoming the woman who no longer silences it. Together we will unravel the energetic bindings that have kept you small, silenced, or shaped by shame. We move through breath, sound, movement, emotional alchemy, and energetic recalibration - a full body remembrance of who you are beneath the noise. Each week includes: - guided practices & activations - sound and vocal expression work - embodied movement journeys - live process work to meet what's alive - reflection prompts and integration tools - sacred sisterhood and space held without fixing or fawning This is a journey of return - to the self before conditioning, before shrinking, before shame. To the soul - led woman, whose power is sourced from within. Whose voice becomes a channel of clarity, devotion and creation. Who does not ask for permission - she remembers who she is. Cancellation Policy
To ensure we can best accommodate all our clients and maintain efficient scheduling for our 1:1 and private bookings, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice via email, if you need to reschedule your appointment. It's worth remembering that the work we embark on together often begins energetically from the moment of booking. It's not unusual for underlying patterns to surface or even come to a head as your session approaches. Please know that showing up exactly as you are, even amidst these feelings, provides the most potent energy for creating meaningful shifts. We understand that unexpected situations can sometimes occur. However, rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your scheduled session time will unfortunately result in the session fee being retained. This policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively and allocate these times appropriately. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy. Should you need to make any changes to your booking with more than 48 hours' notice, please feel free to reach out to us.
