New Year Reset

The perfect way to start the year off, with a nourishing day for you to recharge after the busy christmas period.

An energising light flow yoga with the amazing Valerie May, plenty of props will be available to support you.

The yoga will be followed on by a very special alchemy sound bath (on air beds), using the purest and best quality bowls and planetary gongs. The sound scape will be uniquely designed to help you shift and upgrade you energetically towards what you want for yourself. Then we will gather around tables together as a group and put your visions and intentions on to your own vision board, to take home and keep you on track throughout the year.
