New Year Reset

The perfect way to start the year off, with a nourishing day for you to recharge after the busy christmas period.

An energising light flow yoga with the amazing Valerie May, plenty of props will be available to support you.

The yoga will be followed on by a very special alchemy sound bath (on air beds), using the purest and best quality bowls and planetary gongs. The sound scape will be uniquely designed to help you shift and upgrade you energetically towards what you want for yourself. Then we will gather around tables together as a group and put your visions and intentions on to your own vision board, to take home and keep you on track throughout the year. We will have magazines there for you to use, but feel free to bring any print outs or images special to you, that you would like to add on to your board!

Vision boards are where we cut out images, words, or you can add your own drawings, as a collage on to a big piece of paper. Seeing this visual daily is a great reminder of what is important for you and your goals or desires. These really do work and inspire you to take the actions needed to ensure they become your reality!

There will also be ceremonial grade Cacao served, designed to bring you deep into your heart space and healthy homemade snacks!
