Service Description
A potent blend of transformative breathwork, somatic release and quantum healing. Anything you want to shift can be shifted in these sessions. Working in this reality and others (like 'past' lives) to bring multi dimensional healing. For 1-1 sessions, Sophie also creates a unique playlist for each client and uses voice, drum and rattle to help inspire you and encourage clearing. The beauty of breathwork is you are in full control at all times and your limits will be honoured. After booking, or if you would like to check suitability, Sophie will email you over a handout and questionnaire to fill in to help you really tune in, to decide if this is for you, and or help you get clearer on your intention to get the most from these sessions. These sessions can be done in person or online, or Sophie will travel out for an additional fee or if you wanted to host small groups at your house. For bookings over 1-1, contact Sophie via the website to book. You can also add quantum healing from Joe, to the small group sessions. The in person sessions are held in Orpington Online via zoom. 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy applies or full charge of the session is retained
Cancellation Policy
To ensure we can best accommodate all our clients and maintain efficient scheduling for our 1:1 and private bookings, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice via email, if you need to reschedule your appointment. It's worth remembering that the work we embark on together often begins energetically from the moment of booking. It's not unusual for underlying patterns to surface or even come to a head as your session approaches. Please know that showing up exactly as you are, even amidst these feelings, provides the most potent energy for creating meaningful shifts. We understand that unexpected situations can sometimes occur. However, rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your scheduled session time will unfortunately result in the session fee being retained. This policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively and allocate these times appropriately. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy. Should you need to make any changes to your booking with more than 48 hours' notice, please feel free to reach out to us.
